Aptina's WLC is a fully-integrated camera in a tiny, reflowable package. We use our design expertise to tailor the module lens to the sensor pixel lenses, creating a uniquely integrated part at a very small size and efficient cost. The reflowable package offers compelling manufacturing advantages, too.
The MT9V113M02STC WLC is built on Aptina's MT9V113 1/11-inch VGA image sensor die. The tiny die enables an ultra-low Z-height of 2.5mm, making this WLC ideal for space-conscious mobile applications. Targeted applications include secondary cameras and primary cameras for emerging-market handsets.
