Treasury Manager

Aptina Imaging is a division of Micron Technology. As the Treasury Manager at Aptina in San Jose, California, you will manage the company's cash and liquidity position to meet daily funding needs. You can expect to oversee the cash forecasting process; develop processes, tools and systems to improve effectiveness and accuracy. You will be required to contribute to the development of cash management and investment policies, and ensure that transactions and investments are executed accordingly. You will also prepare monthly and quarterly management reports. You will be required to contribute to the development of cash management and investment policies.
In this position, you will establish and maintain appropriate banking systems globally to support business operations, and manage bank service providers and associated expenses. You will actively monitor and report foreign currency transactions and holdings for risk mitigation. It is key that you establish effective working relationships with financial institutions and other third-party service providers as well as internal customers. Other responsibilities will include: maintain bank accounts, including updating bank resolutions and signatories; daily balancing of bank accounts and related problem resolution; and support external audit requirements.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in treasury functions.

Education:
BS required; MBA and CTP(Certified Treasury Professional) (a plus).
